I love my home, people in my life and my work!

I am a homemaker, corporate consultant and a passionate mental health ally. My biggest project has been “Me”! I have worked very hard on changing the story in my head from being critical & self deprecatory to nurturing and supportive.

I have worked as a behavior change expert with corporates; uncovering the underlying beliefs that hinder success and then using them to create a buy-in for new & desirable behavior. In a nutshell, WIIFM –What’s in it for me.

I have also worked at NGOs helping them in implementing process change and capacity building. In the course of this my biggest discovery has been that all humans seek health – mental and physical. Its the survival instinct!

I have also grappled with depression and PTSD and worked on acquiring coping skills and healing. I have realized that the onus for finding happiness lies on ME, recognizing happy moments is a life long journey and requires consistent hard work.

This blog is my way of sharing my experiences and discoveries in the hope that other may benefit from my journey!
